The first Preliminary Summary of Child Accounting Membership Data for the 2024-25 School Year will be available in the CAD application today August 13, 2025.  This report will be generated from data uploaded by all public school entities in the PIMS C5 Child Acct EOY 2024-25 collection, which includes the School Calendar and Student Calendar Fact files.

The Summary Reports are published in the CAD application, not PIMSReportsv2.  Either Read Only or Data Entry and Submission access will take you to the reports screen.  (There is no data to enter in CAD.)   If you do not have access to the CAD application, contact your Local Security Administrator.

To navigate to this report, go to www.education.pa.gov, select MyPDESuite, and log in with username and password.   Select the CAD application.  This application only contains reports.  On the Child Accounting Database screen, select Preliminary Summary of Child Accounting, select the 2024-25 school year and your LEA, then click Generate Report.
